This Winchester manufactured second variation lower tang assembly is for the post 64 model 94 top eject lever action carbines manufactured roughly between 1967 and 1977 and having a serial number below 4,580,000. This lower tang assembly has the two support rails on the side of the front most section that lock into the receiver and the small double protruding points at the front. The first variation tangs do not have the double protruding points but are likely interchangeable. This assembly is in very good condition with light wear. (file photo)
